Our Mission Teaching the fundamentals of art to children , rather than leaving that learning to chance, is the mission of our program. All children big enough to hold a pencil or crayon can benefit from art lessons. Often, the younger children benefit most because they do not need to relearn the science of art. Our emphasis is on art as an adventure, as a discipline, and as a science with its own special vocabulary, its own singular skills, its own unique way of looking, and its own incomparable rewards. Don’t underestimate the artistic capabilities of children who are given the tools to tap their creative potential. |
